"Jose was very helpful. Explained to me everything regarding my policy. I had to make an edit to my original review. I message Lupe Batalla regarding canceling my insurance with State Farm. She replied that I need to send them the declaration page of my new insurance. I did about 2 week before my next State Farm payment was scheduled. Well that day came and still being charged. I emailed her 3 days before, then 1 day before the payment. Neither time have I received an email to let me know what going on."
